HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER To change or cancel your order, please call us at 800-431-2712 and reference your order number. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If this is the case, you can either refuse delivery or return the order to us. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but cannot refund the shipping charges.

PRICING POLICY All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. Please do not return damaged or defective items as Aubuchon Hardware will not reimburse these shipping charges. If your order is older than 30 days, please call us at 800-431-2712 and we will authorize a return if applicable. A restocking may apply. Store return policy is 30 days.
If you are not happy with your item for a reason other than a shipping error, damage or defect, please call us to exchange it. We will have to charge you for the new item but we will waive the ground shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you the cost of the original item.
