We are in the process of rolling out Pickup to all Aubuchon Hardware stores. You can tell if this new option is available if “Pickup” is available on the product description page after you have selected your local store.
You will receive a series of email messages. First, you'll get an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you'll receive a Pickup Notification when your order is ready to be picked up at your Aubuchon Hardware store. You will also receive a text message with the Pickup Notification if you choose to opt into this during the checkout process.
Most items will be ready for Pickup in-store within two hours of the time your place your order on hardwarestore.com.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pickup Notification email. You will also receive a text message with the Pickup Notification if you choose to opt into this during the checkout process.
Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the Pickup area located at the front of the store. An employee will identify you and have you sign a pickup slip. Then you can simply “grab and go”… no need to checkout at the register!
Your order will remain available for a maximum of 30 days from the time you receive a Pickup Notification. Orders not claimed after that will be available based on the product type and store location. For more information please contact your local store.
If for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, one of our store team members may need to reach you directly to provide additional information in regards to your order.
For easy order pickup, all you will need if a government-issued photo ID. Your Pickup order number isn’t required, but could also be helpful, especially if you have assigned a pre-authorized pickup person to pick up your order.
For your protection, only you or a pre-authorized pickup person may pick up your order. During online checkout, simply provide the name of the person who will pick up your order. Your designated pickup person, will need to bring a government-issued photo ID as well as your Pickup order number.
If the order you want to cancel is a Pickup order for in store pickup, please contact the local store to cancel the order. If the order you want to cancel is Ship-to-Home order, please call our Online Customer Service Team at (800) 431-2712 Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. ET, Saturday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET, and Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET. Please have your original payment information available when calling to cancel your order.
To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt with you to any Aubuchon Hardware store location. If you don’t have a receipt, we can give you a store credit.
